All orders are processed and shipped from the Manila, Philippines.

At the moment, Taschel ships only within the Philippines. We’re working on expanding soon—stay tuned!

Q: How long does shipping take?

Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

Provincial (PH): 4–7 business days

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link.

Q: Can I get same-day deliveries?
Yes! Just hit us up on Facebook or Instagram and arrangements could be made there.

Taschel bags are crafted using high-quality synthetic leather and sturdy fabric linings, designed to balance elegance and everyday durability.

Q: How do I care for my bag?
Use a clean, soft cloth to wipe off dust or dirt. Avoid soaking, prolonged sun exposure, or harsh chemicals. Store your bag in the provided dust pouch when not in use.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and with its tags and packaging. Sale items are final.
